No. Our aides and nurses come to you, in your own home, in the Bronx and parts of Westchester.
Do you take Medicaid, and can you help me apply?
Yes. Most of the families we serve use Medicaid. If you are applying for the first time or are due for recertification, our Medicaid specialists and social workers will walk you through it.
Can I get paid to care for my parent through All Care (CDPAP)?
No. All Care does not offer CDPAP.
Is All Care licensed?
Yes. All Care Living Assistance Services is licensed by the New York State Department of Health as a home care agency. Licensing brings state requirements for caregiver standards, care planning and supervision.
What is the difference between an HHA and a PCA?
A PCA helps with daily-living tasks like bathing, dressing, transferring and light housekeeping. An HHA provides those services plus basic health-related tasks, like taking vital signs. We help you decide based on your loved one's needs.
How quickly can care start?
Care usually starts with a conversation about needs, schedules and concerns. Once the plan is complete, care can begin within 24 to 48 hours, depending on availability and needs.
What happens if our aide cannot come?
If an aide is unavailable, we coordinate coverage quickly and let your family know, so care continues without confusion.
